Terms and conditions:

Goods are supplied by Keith Lee, trading as Keith Lee Images.
Mail order is only available for UK delivery, and will be dispatched in order of payment received.
Pricing includes delivery to UK addresses.

Orders
The seller accepts paypal, credit and debit card payments via an external secure paypal link.
No card details are either seen, or stored by the seller.
Any buyer contact information received by the seller is purely used by the seller in the course of performing his business, and is not passed on to any third party.

Delivery
Online orders will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from date of order, apart from the possibility of an extended delivery time for pre-orders prior to book launch.

Refunds and Returns
If an item should arrive damaged, the buyer is requested to contact the seller as soon as possible, with details, and if possible, photograph(s) of the damage, to allow the seller to effect a remedy for the situation.

Should you change your mind about your order, you must advise the seller by email at: sales@ keithleeimages.co.uk. The buyer will be advised on how to return the item, which must be returned securely packaged in as-new, undamaged condition within 14 days of the delivery of your order. This policy applies to private buyers only, and not to business purchases. It is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. A full refund will be given within 14 days of receipt for the returned items (including original postage costs), providing they are in their original condition and accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or receipt. Proof of posting is required, and a signed-for service is advised to return the item. Any return postage charges incurred when sending back an unwanted item will be at the buyer’s own expense.

Please note that any personalised item is excluded from the right to return for a refund.
These terms are in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
