I am currently working on writing a first book on drag bike racing in the UK, which is planned for launch by Veloce Publishing in September 2010.

Covering a twenty year time period, starting with the International Drag Racing Festivals in 1964, I will be looking at the riders and the amazing machinery they rode down the quarter mile in the formative years of the sport in Europe. There will be 100 pictures illustrating the book - mostly taken by myself over the years - to highlight the diversity of approach taken to be the quickest rider.
